An application for funding the proposed skate park has been sent today. It’s hoped that they will look favourably towards the projects aims, objectives and ethos. - Our aim is to help provide a decent sized, innovative and creative space for all young people of Nottingham to use in a constructive and thought provoking manner. Nottingham is one of the seven largest cities in the UK and for some reason does not have a citywide skatepark. There are many smaller ones around the city and county but these are limited in their nature and size. For years we have been waiting and been promised a decent sized skatepark. Now is the time to act, especially as the city council has banned skating/riding from the town centre and not provided anywhere as an alternative. Stand up for what you believe in.
