TONIGHT - 6PM - PHOTO SHOOT FOR THE EVENING POST!PLEASE TRY AND MAKE IT! - FOREST RECREATION GROUND, NOTTINGHAM.

We need your help…

Location: Forest Rec (park’n’ride car park)
Date: Thursday 8th May 2008
Time: 6pm sharp

For a photo shoot with the evening post… they want to run a story about the potential for a skate facility on the forest rec. The more that get there, the more it will look like there is a need for this…!!!
Spread the word people and no shirking…!

FROM THE EVENING POST...."I thought it might be easier to email you all at once! I will try and call you all individually as well. But need to organise a photo for tomorrow night as think the piece will go in Friday's or Saturday's paper.I was just wondering if you were free tomorrow at around 6pm at Froest Rec (hopefully the weather will stay this good) for a photo. i know it's short notice but unfortunately that's how the paper works sometimes. Would it be possible to get a few of you together with your boards/and or BMX's for the photo?"

This is the new space where we can keep everyone updated about happenings in relation to skateparks and Nottingham. Everyone who lives here realises the need for a citywide facility to cater for the needs of young (and older) people in the city and surrounding districts.

We want to use this space as somewhere for you to put across your views, keep up to date with what's going on and for you to give us your thoughts on the future of skateparks in Nottingham.
